  Round Trip Gasparilla Day Parade Bus Pass

  Pick up and drop off at the after party location (Four Green Fields, 802 North 12th Street, Tampa).

  Pick up time options: 10:30 or 11:30.  The bus will leave promptly at the designated time, so arrive early enough to park and get to the bus.

  ANY SEATS NOT RESERVED AND PAID FOR BY 1/15 WILL BE OFFERED TO OTHER KREWES, SO DON'T WAIT!

  Planning for Parade Day

  • Don't forget your re-usable cup!!!!  We have a few extras under the bar for emergencies, but definitely not enough for everyone and no single-use plastic cups.
  • Wristbands - Wristbands will be distributed at the bead drop off event  from 5:30 - 7:30 pm the night before the parade.  If you can't make it to the event, please submit our e-signature wristband pickup form to have someone else pick up your wristband or to request it be mailed to you.
  • Parade Kick-Off: The parade kicks off at 2pm, but everyone should plan to arrive no later than 1pm.  We will run a roundtrip bus to/from the after party location.  Book your seat here.  If that doesn't work for you and you only want a ride to staging, check out the IKC Facebook group - There are several Krewes who run a bus loop to staging for around $25/seat and post availability on the page.  The two most popular are: 
  • • Krewe of St. Florian runs a one-way bus from the Fire Museum 
    • Egypt Shriners run a roundtrip bus from/to their event hall on Washington St.

  Parade Position: #58.  The float will be parked on Bayshore between Euclid Ave. and W. Bay Villa Ave.

  Bus Transportation: A roundtrip bus is available (55 seats available) and will take riders from disbanding from/to the after-party location.  Click here to purchase a seat.  Note - the bus fills up every year, so don't wait until the last minute to purchase.  Any seats not sold by 1/15 will be offered to other Krewes.

  Lunch: Lunch will be provided at no charge.  Please indicate when you RSVP if you require a vegetarian meal.

  Snacks: A variety of healthy snacks (protein bars, etc) will be available.  We'll also have a tray of sandwich sliders for later in the day (on those amazingly alcohol-absorbing King's Hawaiian rolls :)

  Please note that cleanup usually takes about one hour, but those who show up on time are guaranteed a minimum of two hours volunteer credit.

  This is a "Pay your own tab" event, so the choice is yours - show up whenever you want, eat (or don't, but we won't have food at the float), and enjoy a pre-parade cocktail :)

  Come aboard for the 2026 Knights of Sant' Yago Knight Parade!

  Reminders about Important Stuff
  

  • Don't forget your re-usable cup!!!!  We have a few extras under the bar for emergencies, but definitely not enough for everyone and no single-use plastic cups.
  • For those who are planning to drive into Ybor - they start closing the streets around 1pm.  If you arrive after that time, your best bet is to use the lower numbered avenues to get to the Centro Ybor garage, or to park a couple blocks away.

  Planning for Parade Day

  • Wristbands - Wristbands will be distributed at the bead drop off event held from 5:30-7:30 pm the night before the parade.  
  • Parade Kickoff - The parade kicks off at 7pm; staging opens around 5pm.
  • Staging Position - We are a little more than halfway through the lineup (Section 3, with the float due to arrive in staging around 3:30).  The float wll be parked on the Eastbound lane of Nuccio parkway (on your left if you're walking down from 7th Ave.). Note: There are only 68 floats in this year's parade so it's likely we'll roll by 7:30.
  • Food - Only snacks will be available on the float.  Make sure to eat at the pre-party.
  • After Party - TBD
